Mckinley's life revolves around the hunting seasons. He lives in Tampa Florida and hunts the toughest deer and meanest turkeys in the union. He only hunts public ground around 70 days a year using various styles; archery, rifle, handgun and compound bow.
McKinley learned everything he knows from his days earning his Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America and hunting some of the hardest hit public lands south of the Ohio valley. He is currently in school to be a gun smith and has extensive knowledge in everything firearms and southern style hunting. Besides hunting he loves adventure packing and inshore flats fishing.
Kyle is from Casper, Wyoming and has been hunting is whole life, with some of his earliest memories being of antelope hunting trips with his dad and grandpa. Nowadays, he mostly hunts pheasants, geese, deer and elk. In addition to hunting in Wyoming, he has also hunted in Canada and Alaska.
Kyle is also an avid camper, hiker and fisherman.
He has been working as a full-time freelancer for more than seven years and during this time, has written countless articles and content on almost any topic imaginable—both for print and online use.
Rex is an experienced writer and the most frequent contributor to Good Game Hunting. He is skilled at researching, sourcing and reporting from various reliable sources and is our hunting, harvesting and conservation journalist. He is a hunter, fisherman, survivalist and outdoorsman who lives in the wild country of the Montana Rocky Mountains. Josh has been a hunter his entire life. He was raised small game hunting with the semi-auto 22 caliber rifle his grandpa gave him and deer hunting both bow and rifle. He also hunts birds, turkey, and coyote and has experience with a range of hunting equipment and gear from calls to clothing and sights to ammunition.
Dakota is a 19 year old hunting and shooting enthusiast living in Florida. He works in the hunting department of a sporting goods retailer and is currently getting ready to move to Greenwood, South Carolina to take classes in machining and gunsmithing. You can reach Dakota at [email protected]
Brandon grew up in both Georgia and Alabama, where he spent most of his time hiking through the woods and taking weekend trips at state and national parks. He spends half of his time every year between Georgia and South Africa, and enjoys hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities.
Marin is the Owner and co-founder of Good Game Hunting. He also acts as a contributor and is the content manager for all publications you see here. Marin has a professional background in Finance and Accounting which is the industry he was employed in for over 10 years before he created Good Game Hunting. Since the commencement of GGH he has built up extensive experience in managing web properties, and shares a passion for the operation of this site together with the great outdoors.

Tim O'Neill was raised in Oregon where he hunted and fished for thirty years. He now resides in North Carolina and continues to be engaged and fascinated with the outdoors. He loves to immerse readers in all five senses and to weave stories of irony, courage and humility. He possesses a B.A. in literature and writing, a background in real estate, securities and banking, and a love of gourmet cooking. A 3,000sqft year-round garden compliments all the hard-earned game he cooks for his family.
Chris is a former U.S. Marine that served in Desert Shield/Desert Storm. He recently retired from a 21 year long law enforcement career. He was a firearms instructor for his department during his career. He has been trained by the NRA as a Law Enforcement Basic Firearms Instructor, NRA LE Tactical Firearms Instructor and NRA LE Patrol Rifle Instructor. Chris attended the FBI Firearms Instructor school. He was a cadre instructor for tactics and active shooter training. He enjoys teaching, training and getting his own trigger time when he can.

Dan is a big game bow hunter in the Northeastern United States. He hunts white tail, black bear and turkey primarily. Dan learned to hunt with his grandfather at a young age and has been out in the woods ever since. Bow of choice is a Hoyt Faktor Turbo.
Dan is primarily a subsistence hunter, and is by most accounts an excellent cook of wild game.
Gabrielle, who goes by 'Gabe' lives with her great boyfriend and their amazing son, who is soon to turn 1 year old. She currently lives in Bismarck, ND but grew up in northern Minnesota. Besides working full time, she is also a freelance writer and frequent contributor to Good Game Hunting. Gabe feels that hunting is a very important aspect of everyone's lives where she is from and hunting is a huge part of her family's life. Gabe and her family still hunt in ND and MN every year. Chris Waters was born and raised in a small town in west Arizona of around 5,000 people. At a very young age, he was introduced to hunting by his father. He has hunted everything from muzzleloader to archery, including deer, elk, antelope, ducks and more. He loves every minute of being outdoors.
Chris would prefer to kill a smaller deer or elk with his family right next to him, than hire a guide and kill a Boone and Crocket animal. Every spring Chris and his wife Janell toss their two kids on their backs and hike the hills looking for deer and elk antlers. Chris also loves to fish and has been to Alaska where he was able to catch halibut and king salmon.
Chris has a Bachelors of Science in Management from Western International University and he is an avid golfer with a few trophies on his shelf. On nice days he enjoys flying over his small town and the country he hunts in his powered paraglider. He is self published author of one book, Fairways and Dreams. He is laid back and even with limited experience, he prefers to do all his own repairs, from fixing his own vehicles, to home projects allowing him to better his knowledge in everything he does.
Anna has always been an avid outdoorsman her entire life. She has been hunting and fishing since a very young age and takes pride in being a huntress. Living in northeastern Ohio she mainly hunts whitetail deer, but has also taken time to hunt small game such as squirrel and rabbit. Anna enjoys God's great outdoors entirely and is thankful each and everyday she gets to do what she loves.
Troy is a family man of many passions. He is married to his beautiful bride who is also his best friend. He has two children, a girl and a boy.
